Silk flowers were historically made from actual silk. Now they are made from advanced materials that look and feel more realistic than ever. Each flower is an artificial version of a real live plant. Artificial flowers allow for a stress-free alternative to live plants.

While live plants are always going to freshen an interior space better, we can’t always use the real thing. Some spaces have little to no light, or the air quality or environment is just too harsh. At times, silk plants will be your best bet.

Are Silk Plants expensive?

Silk plants have become more realistic, there are huge amount selections, of shapes and styles to choose from. Silk plants allow for a wider selection of looks due to some appearances wanting to be achieved. Silks offer a rendering of plants commonly not used in interior landscaping, for example, an exotic tropical not commonly grown, or a plant variety not advised for interior use. This can make silk plants much more affordable than the same live plant for your space.
