Brunnera macrophylla ‘Looking Glass’ perennial B. macrophylla – Anchusa myosotidiflora – Siberian Bugloss – This rhizomatous perennial from the Caucasus grows 18-24″ tall and 24″ wide. It produces softly hairy, mid to deep green leaves. Basal leaves are heart shaped, pointed, and 2-8″ long, with long leaf stalks, stem leaves are lance shaped to elliptic-ovate. In mid and late spring it bears violet flowers, to 1/4″ across, in panicles 8″ or more long. Grow in moderately fertile, humus rich, moist but well drained soil in dappled shade. Divide in autumn. zones 3-7
