Description
Rosa x harisonii ‘Harison’s Yellow’ – R. ‘Harisonii’ – R. ‘Harison’s Yellow’ – has a suckering, branching habit, this spinosissima rose grows 6′ feet tall and 4′ feet wide. From prickly, dark brown canes it carries, small, fern like, mid green leaves, with 5-7 oval leaflets, 3/4″ long. In spring, it bears cupped, loosely double, fragrant bright deep yellow flowers, that are 2″ across. Flowers are followed by spherical-oblong, blackish -red hips.
