Rosa ‘Judy Garland’ -This vigorous floribunda rose grows 30-36″ tall and 24-26″ wide. It produces semi glossy , dark green leaves. From spring to autumn in small clusters it bears cupped, 35 petalled, lightly scented yellow flowers, that are 3″ across. The petals develop a band of orange-red at the edges of each petal. Good cut flowers. Zones 5-9
