Rosa ‘Eye Paint’ – R. ‘Tapis Persan’ – This vigorous floribunda or shrub rose grows 3 ½’ feet tall and 30″ wide. It produces a thick clothe of dark green leaves. From summer to autumn it bears large clusters of cupped to flat, single scarlet flowers, that are 2″ across, with a white eye. Zones 5-9
