Rosa ‘Charles de Mills’ – R. ‘Bizarre Triomphant’ – This upright, arching, hybrid gallica rose grows 4-5′ feet tall and 3-4′ feet wide. From smooth or with a few thorned stems it carries parsley green leaves. In spring or early summer, pink buds open to carnation like, fully double, no fragrance, purple red flowers, that are 4″ across. With no repeat blooms. Resistant to black spot although mildew is sometimes a problem.
