Harvest cucumber as soon as they are big enough, check daily, cucumbers enlarge quickly. The more you harvest the more the vines will produce. Cucumbers with yellow are over ripe and oversized fruit is bitter.
Armenian cucumber – matures in 55 to 70 days, fruit can be 24″ inches long, space 48-60″ inches apart
